Ultraman 17 is tonight, November 19, 2014! This will be the last race before we have the Finals for the 2014 Ultraman Series.

Registration opens 9pm. Races start at 10:30pm.

Beautiful weather out there. perfect for our default route. Makati, MOA, airport road, Resort's World, McKinley then BGC.

Helmets are highly encouraged, but not required.

UltraMan 2014

Let's make Ultraman more exciting this 2014!

Starting  tomorrow, the Ultraman race will now be a series that will run until the end of year.
Gather your crew and compete for both individual and team points.

Rules:
- Teams of 5 (at most) will be allowed to join every race
- Team Roster will not be closed. You can add/change your race lineup every month, as long as new members have not previously competed with another team.
- Points will be awarded in this order:

Monthly Ultraman Winner: 5 Points
Monthly Ultraman Finalist: 3 Points
Monthly Ultraman Competitor: 1 Point

- Individual with the most points will be 2014 Ultraman Champion
- Team with the most points will be awarded the 2014 Ultraman Team Champions

Guidelines:
- The series format will only apply to the MFG Category. Open Category will still follow the Winner-Takes-All format.
- Helmets are required.
- Registration fee is Php 70.
- We will have a year-end race, which will be held on December 2014.

New rules and guidelines will be applied in Ultraman 8 this Wednesday, February 12.

Lance's WeFXD X Colossi Low Pro

One of the best frame sets that came out last year. Fast, aggressive and limited production, the WeFXD X Colossi Low Pro collaboration is on it's way to being a modern classic. Lance Manuel's take here shows it off in it's full glory with a Miche track grupo and other high end parts. I like the "just-enough" red accents given off by the Fizik saddle and the 3T ARX stem. It's poppin'.

State Of Art

"Riding this is like riding a piece of art."

Can't add anything to that, can we? That's how Lynyrd describes the feeling of riding this beautiful Dosnoventa Houston of his. As a visual artist, it's not surprising to hear him compare his bike to art. "It's like choosing materials in creating an artwork… the more attached you get to it, the more time you spend with it."

This is probably the only up-and-running Dosnoventa frame set here in Manila. Beautiful indeed.

Rode fixed from Manila to Baguio via Kennon Road. Wew! Big props to Sok, Aaron, Marvi and especially to Chris for not leaving me behind, hehe. What a way to end the year? Actually, it was the perfect way to end the year! Happy 2014 everyone!!!

Pinarello Diesel

I think this is the only Pinarello Diesel fixed that I know of here in Manila. How lucky of Albert to get a hold of this rare beast!

Interracial: Maylan's 2011 Cinelli MASH Histogram

Here is Maylan's other bike, "Interracial", one of the earliest MASH Histograms here in Manila. I like how he mixed several "component nationalities" on this one. The best parts on hand for the best personal ride experience.
