Ultraman 17 is tonight, November 19, 2014! This will be the last race before we have the Finals for the 2014 Ultraman Series.

Registration opens 9pm. Races start at 10:30pm.

Vj has been riding this simple but beautiful custom Maldea for quite a while now. Her name is Lilibeth (don't ask me) and from what i can see, they are having an epic time together. For better or for worse rides, even 'til pagod they won't part.

Track Ends And Prints

Late post, i know. Just read Ty's email today as I haven't really been checking the internet for some time. I like this print. Simple and clean, yet strong enough to get me stoked on building another custom frame.

Here's what Ty has to say about this project:

"There is nothing quite as beautiful as a lovingly designed and engineered fork end on a track frame, it represents the true simplicity of the fixed gear bike."

The Laguna Loop: Biyaheng Timog

(Biyaheng Timog) One Gear, Laguna Loop Ride; A ride to the South and back. Rekta Silangan together with WeFXD and Siyete Lagos.

The Laguna Loop is a 180 to 200+ km bike ride from the East, West or North of Manila, Philippines to the provinces of Rizal and Laguna and back. This fixed gear bike ride has a total ascent of 849.62m. and has a maximum elevation of 339.75m.

Lance's WeFXD X Colossi Low Pro

One of the best frame sets that came out last year. Fast, aggressive and limited production, the WeFXD X Colossi Low Pro collaboration is on it's way to being a modern classic. Lance Manuel's take here shows it off in it's full glory with a Miche track grupo and other high end parts. I like the "just-enough" red accents given off by the Fizik saddle and the 3T ARX stem. It's poppin'.

State Of Art

"Riding this is like riding a piece of art."

Can't add anything to that, can we? That's how Lynyrd describes the feeling of riding this beautiful Dosnoventa Houston of his. As a visual artist, it's not surprising to hear him compare his bike to art. "It's like choosing materials in creating an artwork… the more attached you get to it, the more time you spend with it."

This is probably the only up-and-running Dosnoventa frame set here in Manila. Beautiful indeed.
