2013 Oceanic Blue Kagero

One of the very few Kageros here in Manila, this build by Kenneth is straight up neat. The whole set-up is a study in utilitarian simplicity but still manages to imbue a no-nonsense street-track pomposity.

Specs and more images after the break.

Meccanico Giro

This Keirin beauty belongs to Victor, one of the earliest members of Manila Fixed Gear. The photos here are really nice but they don't do justice on how awesome this beast looks like in person.

"The Manila Fixed Gear mentality back then was to buy available parts even if you don't need them because someone you know might," he recalls, "This was so, because at the time, fixed gear parts were really hard to come by here in Manila." I remember this clearly as I was able to acquire from him the Aerospokes from this build that he replaced with the current HED3.

Check out the specs, more images and some trivia after the jump.

Czar Jay's Astronaut

Look at the proportions of this bike. Look at the angles. This is custom at it's most practical application. It's made of high tensile tubing but it's got a proper geometry. Maldea custom at it's most basic but it still stands out in the crowd. Ain't that sweet as fuck?

Fixum Machina Updated

We all know by now of the story of how Marvi, who is based in Singapore, collaborated with Ave thru the internet to come up with this pursuit frameset. This same build has gone thru some changes since we first featured it here in the blog.

Check out the updated parts after the break.

Tim's Custom Maldea Track Build

This is one of the cleanest builds I see around here. Tim can be very meticulous with his bikes and we can clearly see that character in this build.

Fixum Machina

We all know that Maldea frames have been going place for some time now. This one here was built in Manila and then built up in Singapore. Thanks to the internet, this pursuit track frame was created after several email exchanges between it's proud owner, Marvi and it's maker, Ave.

Specs and more photos after the break.

Bike Check: Aaron's Cinelli MASH Bolt

We've seen this build around. Some of us have even tried riding it, so it's about time we get to know what's in it.
