Interracial: Maylan's 2011 Cinelli MASH Histogram

Here is Maylan's other bike, "Interracial", one of the earliest MASH Histograms here in Manila. I like how he mixed several "component nationalities" on this one. The best parts on hand for the best personal ride experience.

Check out more after the break.

"The first day i took this frame home, sabi ko 'I will take my time with this build, ayokong madaliin'". But when the boys from WeFXD decided to go for a long ride on the very next long weekend, he took some parts from the Sarao (his steel track bike) and built up the Histogram right away. The next day was the eventful (I was there, hehe) 200++ kilometer ride from Manila to Clark Air Field, Pampangga. "The first 40 kilometers was hell for me because I was used to riding steel frames whenever we'd go for long rides. Needless to say, I felt every bump and crack on the road from that ride thru this aluminum frame. It was fun but painful," was his first impression.

After changing some parts and doing some minor adjustments, Maylan is finally comfortable and very happy with this build. "The more you ride your bike everyday, the better it fits you. This has become my favorite city bike because its light, aggressive and very agile."
